Operational principle
◆ The front conveyor belt continuously transports the bottles forward until the counting of full bottles stops. The bottle pushing cylinder pushes the bottles into the lower part of the filling head, gets stuck at the bottle mouth, and the bottle pushing cylinder retracts. The control valve of the filling head opens to start filling. When the flow rate reaches the preset number, a command is issued to close the corresponding filling head. After all filling heads are closed, the bottles move forward under the drive of the rear conveyor belt. When the delay occurs, the front transmission runs and enters the next filling cycle.
