Main features
◆ This machine is a fully automatic liquid quantitative filling machine, which uses electronic valves for quantitative filling, with high quantitative accuracy and fast filling speed. According to different bottle types, bottle mouth sizes, and required flow rates, multiple auxiliary filling nozzles can be replaced to achieve the ideal filling state.
◆ The filling amount is determined by the filling time, and the filling capacity can be adjusted infinitely as a whole or individually, with automatic saving of settings.
◆ During filling, the bottle mouth does not come into contact with the electronic valve filling head, there is no lifting movement of the bottle holder, and the bottle is not broken. PLC control for no bottle filling to avoid liquid waste.
◆ Fast filling speed and high accuracy, with no liquid overflow or foaming. When filling is completed, a bottom sealed structure is used to prevent dripping.
The liquid level in the container is controlled by a float level switch, ensuring precise positioning of the liquid level.
◆ Automatic protection, equipped with overload clutch protection device at the bottle inlet and outlet wheel, automatically stops and alarms in case of bottle jamming.
◆ It is also equipped with an emergency stop button to ensure safe production.
◆ The control panel constantly displays the number of bottles filled/hour of the machine, which can be adjusted at any time. It is also equipped with a counting function, which can record the working situation of the day.
◆ All parts in contact with the filled liquid are made of high-quality stainless steel to ensure that the filled liquid is not contaminated and meets food hygiene standards.
