Product Introduction
This machine is mainly used for bottle filling of easily foaming liquids such as wine, soy sauce, vinegar, etc. that require a consistent liquid level.
(1) Adopting the principle of low vacuum filling, it is filled against the bottle wall without choking or foaming, ensuring consistent liquid level after filling.
(2) Bottles with incomplete body automatically do not fill, do not spill, do not break, and automatically adapt to bottle height errors. The meticulously designed bottle holding device is made of exquisite materials, ensuring the service life of the device with reasonable design, high-end processing technology, and precise compression damping ratio.
(3) The filling valve adopts the most advanced filling principles in the filling industry, with reasonable design, excellent quality, and precise processing of components to ensure the liquid level requirements after filling.
(4) Without disassembling the filling valve, simply lift the valve upwards and turn it clockwise by 15 degrees to keep the filling valve in a normally open state. At this time, it is convenient to perform reverse flushing on the filling bucket and filling valve. Adopting a single pin fixed valve body structure, the valve core can be pulled out as a whole by lightly pulling the pin shaft, with a simple principle and extremely convenient maintenance.
(5) The filling machine adopts imported high sensitivity liquid level probe, imported liquid level control device, and pneumatic angle seat valve for feeding, so as to control the liquid level in the filling barrel to fluctuate within 30mm. This device can synchronize with the wine pump and can also achieve liquid filling without a high-level tank.
